Shipping Policies

Custom Full Sublimated Items
Currently we are as our standard shipping method. Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery throughout the United States.

  • The day of shipment does not count as a shipping day.
  • Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 5 days after receiving your order will not be honored.
  • Custom orders will ship when the customization process is complete. If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, this DOES NOT speed up the customization process.
  • Once an order has shipped, credit or reissuing items for lost or non-delivered packages will not be granted.
  • We do not ship using 3rd-party shipping accounts.
  • A PO box cannot be used as a shipping address.
  • We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God.

Return Policy

Because custom and customized items are made for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the template was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered.

Warranties/Defective Products

  • Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
  • All pants are not warrantied due to the nature of their use.
  • All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms and special order items.
  • Items handled and/or damaged by a 3rd party are not warrantied

Defective Products
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Auditors and the product will be replaced at no charge if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Our liability is limited to the reimbursement of the defective product. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly process, we are not able to process a return. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or abuse/neglect of the product will not be replaced.
